Please occupy the unit in a quiet and dignified manner, protecting its contents against damage, loss, or theft and obey all rules and regulations that may apply. Please vacate the unit at the time and date indicated on your contract, unless the term is extended by agreement by the owner. Electricity and Telephone service is provided for your convenience. Long distance calls must be charged to your telephone calling card or major credit card.

Security Deposit: A $300.00 deposit will be held up to sixty (60) days after your departure and will be returned less any unauthorized long-distance telephone charges and service fees, damages, replacement of keys, lost pool tags, excess electricity usage or extraordinary cleaning. Liability for damages is not limited to amount of deposit received. All funds payable in U.S. currency by check or money order only. Full payment must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to occupancy in order to guarantee accommodations.

Cleaning Fee: $85.00

Parking Permit fee:  $100.00
